BELLY DANCE LESSONS
Sirica is available to furnish private coaching to students who are interested in the art of belly dance. Instruction will focus on posture, artistic expression and poise. The student will develop a vocabulary of dance moves based on hip articulation, undulations, isolations and shimmies. The goal is for the student to be able to understand dance combinations, perform choreography and have an understanding of Middle Eastern music. Props for dancing can be incorporated into the lessons. The experience of learning this ancient art form can be fun and is also an excellent source of physical fitness.
